Li-Fi, Internet Connection Technology That Is Much Faster Than Wi-Fi

For those of you who are active internet users, feel the experience of enjoying an internet connection with a speed of 100 times faster than a Wi-Fi connection.

Because there will soon be a new method that is Li-Fi, which is a data transmission method using the visible spectrum instead of using radio waves, and has been successful in its trials.

Trials with the Li-Fi method have been carried out by a company in Estonia, namely Velmenni, at an office in the Tallinn region. With this Li-Fi technology, users are claimed to be able to stream internet access up to 100 times faster than conventional Wi-Fi. For its own speed, it can even reach 1 Gigabit per second (Gbps).

Li-Fi wireless technology may not completely replace existing Wi-Fi networks, it can be used in conjunction with Wi-Fi for a more efficient network. It is said that if the testing of this Li-Fi technology is successful, then this technology will be released in the next few years, possibly 3-4 years. Li-Fi users can use LED lights as internet connection transmitters.

Before this technology was introduced to the general public, today's devices had to be equipped with technology that could receive data from Li-Fi light. The developers also said that creating a new network system was not easy, therefore they had to find a way to integrate the newly discovered system with the current system.

If this technology has really been implemented, getting internet access will no longer be constrained by problems from bad weather. First, every house or building has a lamp as a source of lighting, so every house or building can have its own internet access with very high access speeds.
